Home·Procedures·Crown Hair Transplant
The crown, done properly.
The vertex is the hardest area in hair restoration — a spiral where the angle changes every few millimetres, unforgiving of rushed work. It is exactly the kind of surgery our one-patient-a-day model exists for.
Book a consultation →Why crowns are different
A spiral, not a line — and the spiral forgives nothing.
Hair at the crown grows in a whorl: every follicle leaves the scalp at its own angle, rotating around a centre. Place grafts at the wrong pitch and the result reads as flat, brushed, transplanted — even when the graft count was generous.
This is why crowns expose volume clinics. Whorl work cannot be delegated to the fastest pair of hands in the room; it has to be designed and placed by someone who will answer for it a year later.
- Angles rotate through 360° around the whorl centre
- The crown consumes grafts faster than any other zone
- Placed by your surgeon personally — never delegated

How we plan a crown
Budgeted first. Placed follicle by follicle.
Sometimes the honest answer is that a crown isn't ready for surgery yet — you'll hear that too.
What to expect
A crown rewards patience.
Crown results mature more slowly than hairlines — most patients see the picture come together between twelve and eighteen months. We plan for that honestly at consultation, and we review you at every stage of it.
The results
Judge the work, not the words.
