Your own biology, put to work.
Platelet-rich plasma is drawn from your own blood, concentrated in-clinic, and returned to the scalp where growth needs support — as a standalone course, or woven through the year after surgery.

What PRP is
Concentrated from your blood, nothing else.
A small blood sample is spun in a centrifuge until the platelet-rich layer separates — the golden fraction carrying the growth factors your body already uses to repair and signal. That concentrate is placed precisely into the scalp with fine injections.
- Autologous — made from your own blood, prepared the same visit
- Used to support hair strength and the growth phase — most powerfully alongside surgery
- A short in-clinic visit — back to your day straight afterwards

The platelet-rich fraction — prepared in-clinic, minutes before it's used.
Said plainly
PRP supports growth. It doesn't perform miracles.
PRP will not resurrect a long-bald area, and anyone promising that deserves your scepticism. Where it earns its place is in supporting weakening hair and the growing year after a transplant — which is exactly why four sessions are built into our aftercare programme.
Medically reviewed by the City Clinics surgical team.
A PRP visit
In and out within the hour.

Where PRP earns its keep
Four sessions, already in every surgical price.
Through the growing year after a transplant, PRP sessions are paired with your surgeon reviews at three, six and twelve months — supporting the new growth while it establishes. If you're having surgery with us, PRP isn't an upsell; it's already inside.

Worth it for you — or not?
That's a clinical question, not a sales one. Ask it at consultation and you'll get a surgeon's answer.
