Home·About·Visiting & Accommodation
Your journey ends at our door. We arrange the rest.
Treatment does not begin and end at the clinic door. For patients travelling from outside London — or outside the country — we coordinate the stay around the surgery, not the other way round.

IPartner hotels
Two of Marylebone's finest, at partner rates.
We have partnered with two hotels minutes from the clinic to offer exclusive accommodation arrangements — luxury, privacy and convenience, with preferential rates secured through us.

IIThe room itself
Dressed for recovery before you arrive.
When we book the room, the hotel knows why you are coming. Extra pillows for sleeping propped, housekeeping timed around your rest, water in the fridge, and your aftercare kit waiting on the desk when you walk in from surgery.

IIISeamless stays
One phone call arranges everything.
IVGetting here
82 Harley Street, Marylebone.
- By Underground — Regent's Park, Great Portland Street and Oxford Circus are all within a short walk.
- From the airports — Heathrow ~45 minutes by car; Paddington (Heathrow Express) and Marylebone stations minutes away.
- By car — chauffeured transfers arranged on request; set-down outside the clinic.

VThe table afterwards
Dinner, five quiet minutes on foot.
Marylebone eats better than almost anywhere in London, and does it without fuss. Fischer’s does grand Viennese comfort under low light; La Fromagerie does slow breakfasts worth getting up for; and the Village keeps a dozen quiet tables where nobody hurries you. Your coordinator books ahead where booking matters.

VIThe neighbourhood
Marylebone is a very civilised place to recover.
You will have a day or two with nothing clinical to do, and this is a good corner of London in which to have them. The village high street is five minutes on foot — independent bookshops, a proper cheesemonger, quiet restaurants that do not require a reservation made a month ago.
Regent’s Park is a ten-minute walk for the gentle air a fresh graft rather likes, and the Wallace Collection sits round the corner if the weather disagrees. What you will not find here is a crowd — which, in the first days after surgery, is the entire point.

VIIHow long to stay
Two nights is wise. Three is luxurious.
For a consultation alone, a same-day visit works — many patients pair it with a weekend. For surgery, we suggest arriving the day before and staying at least the night after, so your first wash and review happen five minutes from your bed rather than five hundred miles from it. Flying long-haul? Your surgeon confirms you are comfortable to fly at that first review — most patients are.
VIIIPracticalities
The small things nobody tells you.
IXTravelling with someone
Bring them, or come alone — both work.
Partners and family are welcome at the consultation, and the V-Class seats everyone with the luggage still out of sight. The hotels arrange adjoining rooms when asked, and on the surgical day itself — while you have the building to yourself — Marylebone, the park and the West End keep good company occupied until you are ready to be collected.
Coming alone changes nothing: the car, the coordinator and the 24-hour line mean there is no part of the journey that needs a second pair of hands.

Before you ask
Questions, answered honestly.
The things patients actually ask us — with straight answers, not sales copy.
Am I a good candidate for a hair transplant?
Is the result permanent?
Does it hurt, and what's the recovery like?
Will there be visible scarring?
How many grafts will I need — and what will it cost?
Who actually performs the surgery?
How long until I see the result?
Do you offer finance?
What's included in the price?
Why choose Harley Street over a package trip to Istanbul?
Still deciding? Speak to a surgeon directly — the consultation is free, and there's no obligation.
