These terms are being finalised. The sections below set out the structure of the terms under which City Clinics Group Limited (Company No. 12354283, 82 Harley Street, London W1G 7HN) provides its services; the full text is available from the clinic on request while this page is completed.

1. Who we are

City Clinics Group Limited, a CQC-registered provider (location ID 1-19883695288), trading as City Clinics.

2. Consultations and treatment

All surgical treatment is subject to a consultation, a written treatment plan and a fixed written quotation. A cooling-off period applies between consultation and surgery. Treatment is only provided where, in the clinical judgement of your surgeon, it is appropriate for you.

3. Quotations and payment

Quotations are fixed and all-inclusive as described in your treatment plan. Payment terms, deposits and any finance arrangements are confirmed in writing before your surgical date.

4. Cancellations and changes

Details of notice periods for rescheduling or cancelling consultations and surgical dates are provided with your booking confirmation.

5. Aftercare

Every surgical plan includes the aftercare programme described on this site. Attending scheduled reviews is part of your treatment.

7. Website
