Doctor Mohamed graduated from Leicester University in 2013 with a degree in Medicine & Surgery. He began his medical career at Kings College Hospital in London where he trained as a Clinical Fellow in Trauma & Orthopaedics. He then completed his Core Surgical Training in Manchester, qualifying as a Surgeon. During this time he sparked an interest in skin grafting techniques used in restorative surgery for treating trauma and burns patients. Together with his professional team, he’s completed over 5000 hair transplant surgeries.

Dr Mohamed Mohamed (MBBS, MSc, BSc Hons) is a highly regarded specialist in hair restoration. With more than a decade of medical and surgical experience, he has built a strong reputation for his expertise in advanced Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE). Dr Mohamed is known for combining medical precision with artistic skill to create natural, age-appropriate results. He takes a personalised approach, carefully planning each procedure to preserve donor supply, manage future hair loss, and deliver results that last.
As Medical Director of City Clinics, Dr Mohamed leads a team focused on excellence in hair transplantation. He is one of the few UK surgeons using KE-Bot and KE-Photo technology, which ensures the highest level of accuracy in donor assessment, surgical planning, and long-term monitoring.
From your first consultation to your final follow-up, you’ll work directly with Dr Mohamed. This continuity allows for clear communication, tailored planning, and consistent care at every stage. As a member of the British Association of Cosmetic Surgeons and an associate member of ISHRS, he adheres to high standards of safety, ethics, and professionalism.

Dr. Mohamed graduated from the University of Leicester with a Bachelor’s in Medicine and Surgery in 2013. He then worked as a Clinical Fellow in Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgery at King’s College Hospital in London before developing his skills further during his core surgical training in Manchester and becoming a member of the Royal College of Surgeons. It was during this time that he took an interest in restorative surgery, particularly skin-grafting techniques used to treat patients with burns, which ultimately led to his career in hair restoration surgery.
Having gained extensive knowledge training with some of the world’s most distinguished hair restoration surgeons, Dr. Mohamed is one of the few surgeons highly specialised in both advanced follicular unit extraction (FUE) and follicular unit transplantation (FUT) procedures. His expertise in the field and advocacy for higher industry standards has garnered him recognition and led to appearances on the BBC, and in publications including Men’s Health and The Independent, among others.
