There is no sales team here. The person who assesses you, quotes you and operates on you is the same GMC-registered surgeon — and the quote is fixed, with nothing added on the day.

Every consultation, hairline design, extraction and review is performed by the surgeon whose name is on your plan — never handed down a chain.

City Clinics Group runs 82 Harley Street as a working private hospital: hair restoration practised alongside sibling clinical divisions in dentistry, plastic surgery, men's health, regenerative medicine and fertility — under one roof, one governance framework, one standard.
- An in-house pharmacy — post-operative prescriptions dispensed in the building, before you leave.
- Hospital-grade theatres — surgical standards maintained for every discipline in the building, not adapted for one.
