IThe travelling patient package

Everything outside the theatre, handled by us.

Arranged around your surgery date and offered alongside any all-inclusive tier. Tell us your flight and we take it from there.

1Met at arrivalsYour chauffeur waits at the arrivals barrier with your name — no queues, no taxi ranks, no negotiating a fare after a long flight.
2Driven, not transportedA Rolls-Royce saloon or a private Mercedes V-Class — quiet, discreet, and comfortable enough to sleep in on the way back from surgery.
3A suite that suits recoveryPartner rates at two of Marylebone’s finest hotels, minutes from the clinic — quiet rooms, late check-out where possible.
4One person to callA single coordinator for your whole stay, plus the clinic’s 24-hour line for anything clinical.

IIThe arrival

Four days, already planned.

A typical itinerary for an international patient. Yours is built around your flights, not the other way round.

Day one · You land

Your chauffeur is waiting in arrivals before your wheels touch the tarmac. Luggage handled, straight to the hotel, and nothing asked of you but rest. If you would rather see the clinic first, we simply route the other way.

Day two · Consultation & design

Collected at a civilised hour and driven the few minutes to Harley Street. KE-Bot mapping, your surgeon’s assessment, the hairline drawn by hand, and the plan agreed in writing. The rest of the day is yours — London is on the doorstep.

Day three · Surgery

An early collection, a full surgical day with one patient in the building — you — and a quiet drive back to your suite with the cabin lights low. Your aftercare kit travels with you.

Day four · First review & home

Your surgeon checks the grafts, washes the area with you, and answers the questions that only arrive the morning after. Then the car takes you to the airport — and the twelve-month aftercare programme begins.

IIIThe route in

Marylebone is closer than you think.

Harley Street sits in the middle of everything London does well — which makes arriving simple, however you travel.

LHRFrom Heathrow · about 45 minutesYour chauffeur tracks the flight and moves the pickup as it moves — land early or late, the car is already there.
LCYFrom London City · about 30 minutesThe quiet route through the City and along the park — door to door without a single queue.
STPFrom St Pancras · about 15 minutesArriving by Eurostar, you are a short drive from the clinic before your coffee has cooled.

Coming under your own steam: Bond Street, Oxford Circus, Regent’s Park and Baker Street stations are all a short walk from the door, and there are pay-and-display bays on the street outside.

IVThe cars

Two ways to arrive on Harley Street.

Chauffeur beside a black Rolls-Royce saloon
The saloon · For a single traveller or a couple — the quietest car on the road, and the one that makes the day feel like an occasion rather than an appointment.
Chauffeur beside a black Mercedes V-Class
The private van · Mercedes V-Class with reclining rear cabin — room for family, luggage and a proper rest on the journey home after a full surgical day.

Vehicles subject to availability on your dates and confirmed in writing before you travel.

VThe first thing you see

A name board, not a taxi rank.

Long-haul arrivals all blur the same way — the queue, the noise, the negotiating. Yours ends at a quiet board with the clinic’s mark on it, held by someone who already knows your name, your bags and your hotel.

VIThe person, not just the car

Driven by someone trained for this.

Our drivers work with the clinic, not just for it. They know what a surgical day takes out of you: the seat already reclined for the ride home, the cabin warm, the route chosen for smooth tarmac rather than shaved minutes — and not a word of conversation unless you start one.

Dark suit, gloves, and the clinic’s mark on the cap — so the person holding the door is unmistakably yours.

VIIWhere you stay

Recovery is easier five minutes away.

The first nights after surgery are about sleeping propped up, keeping calm and staying close to your surgeon. Our partner hotels — The Landmark London and The BoTree — sit minutes from the clinic, and we hold preferential rates at both.

VIIIInside the cabin

The details you only notice when they are missing.

The drive home after a full surgical day is not a journey you want to spend upright in traffic with a stranger’s radio on. Every car in the fleet is prepared the same way, every time.

  • Privacy glass and a partition — no one sees you, and no conversation is required of you.
  • Reclining rear seats — set upright-but-supported, the position your surgeon wants you sleeping in for the first nights.
  • Chilled water, saline mist and a neck pillow waiting on the seat after surgery — nobody should be hunting a pharmacy at that point.
  • Chargers, wifi and silence — take the call, or take the quiet. The driver will not make small talk unless you start it.

IXInternational patients

Coming from further than a taxi ride.

1Letters for travel — appointment confirmations and clinic letters prepared on headed paper for visa or employer purposes.
2Consultations before you fly — assessment by video with your surgeon, so you travel only when there is a plan worth travelling for.
3Records that travel with you — your operative note, graft counts and aftercare schedule, ready for your own doctor at home.
4Reviews by video — the year of follow-up continues wherever you live, with the same surgeon on the screen.

XBetween appointments

Recovery, two streets from Regent’s Park.

The days around surgery are deliberately unhurried — and you are staying in one of London’s calmest quarters. Gentle walks under the plane trees of the park, the quiet rooms of the Wallace Collection ten minutes’ walk south, Marylebone Village’s bookshops and pavement tables in between. Nothing on the list demands energy you will not have.

Discretion

Nobody needs to know where you have been.

Unmarked cars if you prefer them. No clinic name on your hotel booking. One patient in the building on your surgery day, so you will not sit in a waiting room beside anyone. Invoices worded plainly. The whole service is built for people who would rather this stayed between you and your surgeon.

XIHow to arrange it

Send us your flight number. That is the whole process.

Once your surgery date is confirmed, tell your coordinator when you land and how many are travelling with you. Car, hotel and appointment times are arranged and confirmed to you in writing before you leave home — and adjusted free of charge if your flight moves.
