Responsibilities:
Clinical Responsibilities:
- Assess medical questionnaires from patients across a variety of clinical categories.
- Conduct high-quality digital consultations, offering meaningful interactions with patients.
- Prescribe appropriate medications based on individual patient needs.
- Provide proactive, comprehensive medical information and education to patients, prescribers, and clinical staff.
Education & Learning:
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of men’s health and stay updated with the latest evidence and clinical guidelines.
- Drive clinical improvements by proactively solving problems and innovating services.
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), clinical guidelines, and governance frameworks to ensure continuous professional development and quality improvement.
Job Requirements:
- You must be a fully qualified Pharmacist Independent Prescriber (PG Cert or PGDip) or Nurse Prescriber (PG Cert or PGDip) with registration from the GPhC or NMC and licensed to practice in the UK.
- Experience in providing high-quality digital consultations for a range of health conditions.
- Comfortable working independently and autonomously, with support from the multidisciplinary team (MDT).
- A strong team player, collaborating effectively with clinical and business teams to deliver high-quality, holistic care.
- A deep commitment to putting patients at the heart of everything we do from both clinical and regulatory perspectives.
- Proficient in IT and capable of using multiple systems.
- A proactive attitude toward learning and self-improvement.
- Attention to detail, a growth mindset, and the ability to accept constructive feedback for continuous development.
- Willingness to work weekends, with flexibility to provide extra hours during the week.
Desirable:
- Experience in online prescribing.
- Previous experience working in a start-up environment and confident in self-directing priorities.
