Thank you for booking your appointment with Dr. Mohamed at City Clinics. Whether you’re joining us online or in person, please read the following steps carefully to ensure a smooth and effective consultation experience.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with full details of your appointment. If you don’t receive it, please check your spam/junk folder or get in touch with us at info@city-clinics.co.uk. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Online Video Consultation

  • Your consultation will take place online via secure video call. At the time of your appointment, please visit www.doxy.me/cityclinics to enter our virtual waiting room — there’s no need to download any software.
  • During your video consultation, we will discuss your hair loss pattern, medical history, and treatment goals. We’ll also explain the full procedure, options available, and provide a clear outline of the costs involved.
  • You’ll receive a reminder one day before your consultation. Please make sure to attend your session on time, and let us know if you’re unable to join.

In-Person Consultation

  • Your in-person consultation will take place at one of our clinics. Please ensure you arrive on time at the correct location:

London Clinic: 82 Harley Street, London, W1G 7HN

Sheffield Clinic: 991 Abbeydale Rd, Sheffield S7 2QD

  • During the consultation, we’ll conduct a physical assessment, measure your donor area, and examine your scalp and hair to recommend the most suitable treatment plan.
  • You’ll also receive a reminder one day before your appointment. If you’re unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations:

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at info@city-clinics.co.uk.  Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
