About the scan

Asked before every first visit.

Is the scan uncomfortable — does anything touch me?
Nothing touches your scalp. You sit comfortably while the camera array rotates around your head — around fifteen minutes, fully non-invasive, no preparation needed.
Do I need to cut or shave my hair for it?
No. The scan reads your scalp at your current hair length, and your consultation continues as normal afterwards.
Does the robot perform the transplant?
No — and we’d be wary of anywhere that says otherwise. The KE-Bot measures and maps; your surgeon designs and operates, personally, at every stage.
