No high street, no shopfront, no sales floor — a Georgian townhouse in Marylebone, shared with our pharmacy and consulting rooms. You ring the bell and someone answers it.
Reception, then the lounge
You are received by name, offered coffee, and shown through to the lounge. There is no queue, for the straightforward reason that no one else is booked in ahead of you.
Your consultation — with the surgeon
Not a salesperson, and not an adviser. The surgeon who would carry out your procedure sits with you, examines your hairline and donor area at close quarters, and tells you what may reasonably be achieved. Consultations are complimentary.
KE-Bot — your hair, mapped in 360°
You sit beneath the KE-Bot, our advanced robotics platform for thorough 360° trichoscopic hair analysis and mapping. It records density, calibre and coverage across the whole of your scalp, so that the plan we propose is drawn from your own measurements rather than an estimate by eye.
The treatment suite — and afterwards
On the day, each of our surgeons attends to a single patient. One only — never two. Every procedure includes our £2,000 aftercare programme, so that the follow-up appointments, the washes and the check-ups are provided for before you begin.
