Say goodbye to hair loss and support regrowth with science-backed treatments designed to fit your lifestyle.
94% of men combining Finasteride and Minoxidil saw significant improvement in hair loss.
While the best results of Finasteride and minoxidil are typically seen at around 12 months, early improvements may appear between 4–6 months. In the first 3 months, you might experience shedding of older hairs—this is normal and indicates that your hair growth cycle is resetting.
As with any medication, side effects are possible, but most people tolerate these treatments well. Possible side effects include:
– Excessive hair growth in unwanted areas (hypertrichosis)
– Scalp irritation
– Changes in hair colour
– Headaches, dizziness, or low blood pressure
– Palpitations, rapid heartbeat, or chest pain
– Swelling in hands, feet, or legs
– Decreased libido, erectile dysfunction, testicular pain, ejaculation issues
– Mood changes or depression
– Breast tenderness or lumps
If your partner is pregnant, it’s recommended to use contraception such as condoms.
For any concerns, contact us directly via your account, WhatsApp, phone, or book a consultation with our clinicians.
When used together, Finasteride and Minoxidil are 94% effective for:

Male pattern baldness (MPB) is very common—more so than many people realise. Around
30% of men experience some degree of hair loss by the age of 30. By 70, that figure rises to
70%. While some men start noticing thinning in their 20s, others may not see significant
hair loss until later in life. The reality is that most men will experience some form of
thinning hair over time.
So, what causes hair loss, and can it be treated? Read on to find out more.
In approximately 90% of cases, male hair loss is due to MPB, also known as androgenetic
alopecia. This condition is driven by a combination of hormones and genetics. Specifically,
hair follicles become sensitive to dihydrotestosterone (DHT)—a male hormone that helps develop male characteristics during youth, but contributes to hair loss as you age.
MPB typically starts at the hair above your temples or on your crown. You may notice your
hairline gradually forming a V-shape (commonly called a widow’s peak) at the front.
Thinning can also spread across the top of the scalp. Importantly, MPB doesn’t cause sudden
hair loss, clumps of hair falling out, or any associated rash.
Licensed treatments like Finasteride and Minoxidil are proven to help combat MPB. As with
any medication, side effects are possible, but they are generally rare and most people
tolerate these treatments well.
For Minoxidil, side effects often result from excessive use. These can include dizziness,
drowsiness (due to lowered blood pressure), scalp irritation, hypertrichosis (excess hair
growth), changes in hair colour, headaches, a fast heartbeat, swelling in the hands, feet or
legs, shortness of breath, or low blood pressure. Rare but more serious side effects include
chest pain, palpitations, nausea, or vision changes.
Finasteride and Minoxidil offer non-surgical options for treating hair loss, with proven
effectiveness and minimal risk. Hair transplants are an alternative, but they are invasive,
costly, and not always necessary—especially when these treatments provide excellent
results for most men.
Yes, it’s true. Shampoos can be effectively used to treat hair loss. However, with many duff products on the market, it’s important that you know what you are looking for.
Manual’s Power Shampoo includes ingredients known to encourage healthy hair. Caffeine is known to stimulate hair follicle activity. Biotin is an essential vitamin for hair health, as it plays a role in the production of keratin, the protein of which hair is made. Meanwhile, saw palmetto is thought to reduce the amount of DHT in the body, too. But Finasteride and Minoxidil are the only proven treatments.
